IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED: Season Pass purchases are subject to your acceptance of our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver) which will affect your legal rights including the right to sue.
A Waiver must be read and signed before your pass will be issued. If the Waiver is not completed, access to Norquay’s facilities will not be permitted.

Refund and Terms & Conditions Policy
All season passes are eligible for a ‘No Questions Asked’ refund prior to October 31, 2025. An administration fee of $40.00 applies. For extended refund options we recommend adding "Refund Option" to your Season Pass order. See Terms & Conditions for all details.
