Multi-Week Ski Programs for Children & Youth

Full Day: 9:30 am -3:00 pm with unsupervised lunch 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Our Wee Warriors program will build confidence in a safe, fun and playful environment. Students will learn through lots of exploring with fun skiing tactics and games. With our low ratio of three students to one instructor, this program is ideal to help keep your children safe as they explore new terrain and skills.

This full day program runs for 8 weeks starting January 10th. Groups meet at the base of the Magic Carpet promptly at 9:30, break for unsupervised lunch from 11:30-12:30 and back out again until 3pm. If lessons are cancelled by Snow School a makeup date will be held on March 14th.

4yr old’s must have participated in programs prior to this season, and be a minimum of a level 3 skier.

An exciting new challenge for your adventurers! This advanced program is for kids aged 10 to 15 years old, who are confident on Black Terrain or anywhere on the mountain. Our snow pros work closely with your child to master some of the most difficult terrain at Norquay. Participants will learn what it takes to ski safely in steep terrain and tight tree runs.

Half Days

Our popular Shred n Play program is designed to introduce 3 – 5 year old’s to skiing. Children will learn through exploration and play. When little minds start to wander, we keep them interested with on-snow games and activities to help further develop skiing skills. Our two to one student to instructor ratio promotes a safe, fun and playful environment.

This half day program starts on January 10th at 10am or 1pm and runs for 2 hours. Groups meet at the base of the magic carpet promptly at the start time. If lessons are cancelled by Snow School a makeup date will be held on March 14th.

Whether it is your child’s first time in the park or they have more advanced freestyle skills, this 8 week program is perfect for kids excited about park riding! The program focuses on introducing and developing freestyle skills, terrain park safety and etiquette. With our advanced park certified instructors, this program is a lot of fun! Participants must* be able to link turns down green runs.

Half Days

Mini Mites is a fun-filled 4-week ski and play program designed for children ages 3-5. Whether they’re strapping on skis for the first time or already zooming down the mountain, this 2-hour Friday session offers the perfect mix of skiing and exciting games. Through playful exploration and socializing with friends, kids will develop their skills in a supportive, upbeat environment. With plenty of friendly faces and laughter, our goal is to ensure every child has a positive introduction to the sport, creating lasting memories along the way.

The program runs November 21st – December 12th, January 9th – 30th, February 6th – 27th, March 6th – 27th.

*Rentals not included in price
*Children must be 3 years of age on the start date of the program and fully toilet trained.

Half Days

Every Friday, our local skiers and riders, ages 5-15, can hit the slopes with confidence, whether they’re first-timers or seasoned pros. With a focus on skill development, technique, and building confidence, Every Friday Fun is the perfect way to spend your day off school. From mastering the basics to refining advanced skills, each session is tailored to your ability level while exploring the mountain and having a blast. Join us for an exciting adventure every Friday!

The program dates are: November 21st – December 12th, January 9th – 30th, February 6th – 27th, March 6th – 27th

Half Days

Our PD Day program is a dynamic 7-week, half-day experience designed for kids 5 and up from the Bow Valley, offering the perfect opportunity to spend their winter PD days shredding the slopes. With the guidance of our expert instructors, children will have the chance to improve their skiing skills in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a fantastic way for young athletes to enhance their abilities while enjoying an action-packed afternoon on the mountain.

The program runs from 1:30pm-3:30 pm on the following dates: November 21st, December 5th, January 30th, February 13th, March 6th & 20th, and April 17th.
