Multi-Week Snowboard Programs for Children & Youth

Full Day: 9:30 am -3:00 pm with unsupervised lunch 11:30 am – 12:30 pm

Open up a world of exciting new terrain for your young snowboarder! Whether it’s their first time on the slopes or they’ve been riding for years, this program is designed to help students build confidence and develop a strong skill set as they explore new areas in a fun, safe environment.

The full-day program runs for 6 weeks, starting on January 10th or 11th. Groups meet promptly at 9:30 AM at the base of the Magic Carpet, with an unsupervised lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and then continue riding until 3:00 PM.

In the event of a cancellation by Snow School, a makeup session will be scheduled for March 14th or 15th.

Whether it is your child’s first time in the park or they have more advanced freestyle skills, this 8 week program is perfect for kids excited about park riding! The program focuses on introducing and developing freestyle skills, terrain park safety and etiquette. With our advanced park certified instructors, this program is a lot of fun! Participants must* be able to link turns down green runs.

This full day program runs for 8 weeks starting January 10th. Groups meet at the base of the Magic Carpet promptly at 9:30, break for unsupervised lunch from 11:30-12:30 and back out again until 3pm. If lessons are cancelled by Snow School a makeup date will be held on March 14th.

Half Days

Mini Mites is a fun-filled 4-week snowboard and play program designed for children ages 3-5. Whether they’re strapping on a board for the first time or already zooming down the mountain, this 2-hour Friday session offers the perfect mix of riding and exciting games. Through playful exploration and socializing with friends, kids will develop their skills in a supportive, upbeat environment. With plenty of friendly faces and laughter, our goal is to ensure every child has a positive introduction to the sport, creating lasting memories along the way.

The program runs November 21st – December 12th, January 9th – 30th, February 6th – 27th, March 6th – 27th.

*Rentals not included in price
*Children must be 3 years of age on the start date of the program and fully toilet trained.

Half Days

Our PD Day program is a dynamic 7-week, half-day experience designed for kids 5 and up from the Bow Valley, offering the perfect opportunity to spend their winter PD days shredding the slopes. With the guidance of our expert instructors, children will have the chance to improve their snowboarding skills in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a fantastic way for young athletes to enhance their abilities while enjoying an action-packed afternoon on the mountain.

The program runs from 1:30pm-3:30 pm on the following dates: November 21st, December 5th, January 30th, February 13th, March 6th & 20th, and April 17th.

Half Days

Every Friday, our local skiers and riders, ages 5-15, can hit the slopes with confidence, whether they’re first-timers or seasoned pros. With a focus on skill development, technique, and building confidence, Every Friday Fun is the perfect way to spend your day off school. From mastering the basics to refining advanced skills, each session is tailored to your ability level while exploring the mountain and having a blast. Join us for an exciting adventure every Friday!
