Via Ferrata Cancellation Policy

• We require 48 hours notice prior to departure to cancel or change a tour without penalty. Specifically, you have any time up until 48 hours prior to your tour to cancel or change and receive a full refund, no questions asked.  Any cancellations or changes within 48 hours, late-comers, or no-shows for any tour will not be rescheduled or refunded. 
• Group bookings of 9 or more guests, as well as custom and private bookings, have a 7-day cancellation period.
• Via ferrata tours run rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel, change or shorten tours due to extreme weather conditions, (these decisions are made by our lead via ferrata guide) and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation on our part, you will be rescheduled or refunded at your discretion. A partial refund will be issued for shortened tours that reflects the tour length.

Special Guiding Requests: All Norquay via ferrata guides are ACMG accredited & certified, and guides are scheduled base on availability. Specific guiding requests must be communicated at least 5-days prior to your tour. We can not guarantee all requests will be accepted.
